The 12 sessions of the One-to-One Coaching programme are tailored to your individual needs and goals. The sessions are for two hours and allow us to take a deep dive into each module.
Coaching is typically fortnightly at a regular day and time, though there is some flexibility in scheduling if you need this. Most people complete this over six months.
